A valid address without published activity has an empty public view. If validation is not configured, the website cannot certify a real address for that coin.
The miner cannot connect
Check that the pool is operational, then compare the full configured hostname, port and TLS setting. Copy the connection details directly from the selected pool’s page.
Network latency and server health are unavailable until a real monitoring source is configured. Consult your miner’s connection logs rather than assuming a region is online.
Rewards have not been paid
Review the verified minimum payout, schedule and payment status for the selected coin. Broadcast and confirmed transactions are different stages.
Use a published transaction hash to check the payment on the configured explorer. For pool-specific questions, use the official support links on the Community page when available.
